How did MOAR come to be?
The magic started in October 2024 when our founder, Janet Guglielmi put out a simple post on a Milford group FB site asking for volunteers to join her in helping the Milford Animal shelter.
Can I volunteer with your organization?
Yes, We are always looking for new ways to raise awareness and funds. Kindly fill the sign up form through the Get Involved tab and we will reach out to you as soon as possible with some great opportunities!
How can I donate to support your cause? Where does the money raised go?
Please see the donation tab on our wesbite. All the money we raise goes directly to fill the needs of the Milford Animal Shelter.
What should I do if I find a stray or injured animal?
Call the Milford Animal shelter. If you can’t reach anyone, please post it in the send-a-message box available on this page as we’re connected with many rescue groups.
How do I report animal cruelty or neglect?
Please call the Milford Police Department. If you don’t get a response, please let us know as we have many contacts there and can try to help get a response.
Do you have any fundraising events or programs?
